Billie McIlveen

Position: Chief Technician

I have work with the smooth muscle research group as chief technician since their establishment at Dundalk Institute of Technology and previously at Queen’s University, Belfast. I am in charge of all of the ordering activities and am the go-to person for operations and budgetary issues. I have seen the team grow from a small group to an established research hub and it is an exciting component of my job to assist the researchers as they accomplish their goals.
